..the long delay on the flight meant that our "dine at leisure" plans were somewhat altered, but, credit where credit is due, we were asked when we wanted to be served dinner, and dinner duly arrived right on schedule! Starting off with Lobster and Crab Timbale, and sampling the Bollinger Rose to go with it.
